Patriot Products’ Standard Warranty Statements

Please see the appropriate warranty statement below for your 1-year, 2-year, or 3-year standard warranty.

1-year Warranty

CONUS STANDARD WARRANTY (United States Mainland)

One (1) year Warranty on all Patriot Products LLC manufactured components, with standard Manufacturer’s Warranty on all purchased items and components. All Patriot Products manufactured components warranties begin from date of installation. All purchased items warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms. Failure to perform the required maintenance voids all warranties and responsibilities of manufacturer if damage results from lack of maintenance. This Warranty covers only workmanship and materials provided by Patriot Products, LLC, and extend only to the Customer. This Warranty does not extend to any items designed to be shot directly, including target faces. This warranty does not extend to any materials and items relating to this agreement purchased from a vendor. Such vendor-purchased items, whether purchased by Patriot Products, LLC or Customer, shall be warranted solely by any warranties extended by that vendor, if any, and said vendor warranties are in lieu of any warranties stated herein, express or implied. This warranty does not extend to any damage or malfunction caused by caused by improper handling, transport, installation, maintenance, or operation, or any other act or omission of Customer. This Warranty Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties pertaining to Warranties hereunder, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings of the parties.

OVERSEAS/OCUNUS PROVISION

All Overseas/OCONUS use of Patriot Products, LLC Projects/Parts/Items or Service includes the Warranty Language above and includes these binding provisions as stated herein. Customer agrees that in the event a Patriot Products manufactured item or component is in warranted default condition, they will work with Patriot Products via telephonic and electronic communication to send as much data and pictures of the item to Patriot Products for a final determination of failure by Patriot Products. If the item is determined by Patriot Products to be in warranted failure, new components will be sent to the Customer with full assistance from Patriot Products via telephonic and electronic communications, to provide the Customer with guidance and instruction for replacement by Customer. If a purchased component such as an electronic part or device is in failure and meets the criteria for the manufacturer’s warranty terms for replacement, a new component will be sent under the same criteria as described. Patriot Products will supply the warranted parts free of charge and pay for all normal shipping costs. Patriot Products reserves the right to determine the method of shipment. If Customer determines it is of critical importance, the Customer will pay for any above and beyond costs by accelerated shipping methods.

2-year Warranty
